IUCN has launched the GSAP SKILLS platform
The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has launched the GSAP SKILLS platform, which stands for Global Species Action Plan Online Knowledge Platform. This initiative was introduced on May 22, 2024, in Nairobi during the Fourth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation, Convention on Biological Diversity. Purpose The GSAP SKILLS platform is a critical component of the Global Species Action Plan (GSAP). It aims to support the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) by providing tools, training support, and technical guidance to assist governments and stakeholders worldwide in effectively implementing the main species outcomes of the GBF.
